Is my document secure and private?

Absolutely. InkGo uses end-to-end encryption. Your files are sent directly to the printer agent and are automatically purged from our servers once the print job is completed. No one, including the shopkeeper, gets a permanent digital copy of your file.

Which file formats can I print?

We support PDF, DOCX, and high-resolution images (JPG, PNG). For the most accurate formatting and font rendering, we always recommend uploading your documents in PDF format.

What if my payment fails but money is debited?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry. Our payment gateway (UPI/Card) automatically detects failed sessions. If money is debited, it is usually refunded to your source account within 3-5 business days. You can also contact support with your Transaction ID.

Do I need to install an app to print?

No app installation is required. InkGo works directly in your mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). Just scan the QR code and you are ready to go.

How do I install the InkGo Print Agent?

Once you register as a vendor, we provide a lightweight Windows/Linux installer. It sits in your system tray and communicates with our cloud to trigger prints automatically when an order is paid.

Can I use my existing printers?

Yes! InkGo is hardware-agnostic. It works with any printer (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother) that is currently connected to your computer via USB or Network.

How do I track my daily earnings?

Your Vendor Dashboard provides real-time analytics on revenue, number of pages printed, and paper type consumption. You can export these reports for your accounting at any time.

How are the printing rates decided?

Shop owners have full control. You can set your own per-page rates for Black & White, Color, A4, or legal sizes directly from the Dashboard settings.
